About
I'm a product designer who builds. I decide what a product should do, design it, ship it, and change it when what happens after launch doesn't match my assumptions.
Since November 2025 that has been RiskFloor, a pre-trade briefing for forex, gold and crypto traders. I design it and ship it myself. AI coding agents do much of the building and AI models challenge my decisions, but the calls, and what reaches users, are mine. The case studies on this site come from it, including one decision I got wrong. This month I'm running a feedback study with everyone who has signed up.
Before that, I made things for other people. I studied Environmental Design at OCAD University and founded Monobuilt, a 3D-printing and laser-cutting prototyping studio. I spent four years as a project manager at Odima Construction, a custom home builder in Toronto, then set up the sales funnels, CRM and automation for Craftex, a microcement supplier in Seattle. I also drew NounPunks, a collection of about 10,000 generated pixel-art pieces. Years of trading forex gave me the problem behind RiskFloor.
Next, I want to bring that end-to-end ownership into a product team, with designers, product managers and engineers to critique the work and push it further. I'm looking for product and UX design roles in Toronto.
